Executive Officers Who Also Serve as Directors
R. Michael Mayoras RedPrairie CEO
Mr. Mayoras is the CEO of RedPrairie, a workforce, inventory and transportation productivity solutions provider that is installed in over 60,000 sites in more than 50 countries. In 2011, RedPrairie expanded the reach of its solutions suite with the acquisitions of Escalate Retail, Shippers Commonwealth, and SofTechnics. Prior to becoming CEO in 2007, Mayoras held a number of roles at RedPrairie including President of the Americas, EVP of Implementation Services and Support, and EVP for Product Development. From 2001 to 2004, he was President of DigiTerra, a wholly-owned subsidiary of CIBER, a publicly-traded enterprise application and technology consulting company. Mayoras has held several other executive and senior management positions in sales and operations for various organizations and has more than 25 years of experience in the technology, consulting and software industries.
Martin Hiscox
Martin Hiscox serves as President International at RedPrairie and has been a member of the company’s board of directors since October 2007. He is responsible for RedPrairie’s EMEA and APAC regions, joining the company in 2004 following RedPrairie’s acquisition of Logistics Technology Group Limited, or LTG, where he served as Chief Executive Officer from 2001 to 2004. Prior to that time, he was the Managing Director of Symbol Technologies UK, and also served with Lex Service PLC, Ericsson and other companies in the information technology sector. Mr Hiscox has over 25 years experience in developing software businesses internationally, working throughout Europe, Africa, and Asia. He holds an M.B.A. from Henley Management College and Brunnel University, a higher national certificate in Computer Studies from the University of Surrey and is a chartered IT professional and member of the British Computer Society.

Laura Fese
Laura Fese has served as Chief Legal Officer since 2002. She is also the company’s corporate secretary. From June 1998 to July 2002, she served as corporate legal counsel for Catalyst International, Inc., then a technology company focused on the design and implementation of warehouse management solutions. She has also served as an Assistant State’s Attorney for the Cook County (Illinois) State’s Attorney office from 1991 to 1998. She holds a B.A. in Political Science from Illinois State University and a J.D. from The John Marshall Law School, Chicago, Illinois.
Paul Ilse
Paul Ilse has served as Chief Financial Officer since January 2007. He joined the company in 2006 as EVP of Mergers and Acquisitions, following RedPrairie’s acquisition of BlueCube Software, Inc. From 2004 to 2006, he served as the Chief Financial Officer of BlueCube. Prior to that time, he served as Vice President of Finance and Chief Accounting Officer of Radiant Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ: RADS) and in a variety of capacities at PriceWaterhouse LLP, a global leader in tax and advisory services, where he worked with middle market companies and technology firms. He holds a Masters degree in Accounting and a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He is a certified public accountant and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Georgia Society of Certified Public Accountants. He also serves on the Leadership Committee for the Technology Association of Georgia.
Joe Juliano
Joe Juliano currently serves as President of RedPrairie and is responsible for sales, services, alliances and field operations globally. Prior to his current role, he was President, Americas. From 2005 to 2009, he was the CEO of PrimeRevenue Inc., a leader in supply chain finance. He has also served in senior-level software sales executive and management roles at Ariba, Inc., Freemarkets, Inc., Metiom (formerly Intelisys), and Telesis Software, Inc. and has more than 20 years experience in technology companies. He holds a B.S. in Economics and Political Science from Westminster College and an M.B.A. from the University of Pittsburgh.
John Kopcke
John Kopcke has served as RedPrairie’s Chief Technology Officer and EVP of Product Development since September 2011 and is responsible for all aspects of global product development and quality efforts. He has more than 30 years of experience developing business technology solutions with companies including Optio Software, Softlab, and Pilot Software, and was named one of the 100 most influential people in finance by the editors of Treasury & Risk Management magazine in 2006. He has served on the Peking University Business Performance Management Research Institute Advisory Board, and currently serves on the board of Anthem Healthcare Intelligence. He holds a B.G.S. from the University of Michigan in Computer Science, Mathematics and Economics.
Carol O'Kelley
Carol O’Kelley has served as RedPrairie’s Chief Marketing Officer since July 2010 and is responsible for all aspects of corporate marketing, including industry marketing, campaign strategy, various lead generation activities, and other marketing-related initiatives. From 2006 to June 2010, she was the VP and Chief of Staff of Oracle’s Retail Global Business Unit. She has also held executive marketing positions at Manhattan Associates and Retek (which was acquired by Oracle in 2005), and has nearly 20 years experience in retail and supply chain companies. She holds a B.A. from Washington and Lee University.
Steve Stanislaus
Steve Stanislaus has served as EVP, Human Resources at RedPrairie since 2004. He is responsible for supporting the company’s development of global organizational and human resources programs. From 2001 to 2004, he served as Vice President, Human Resources at AbilityOne Corporation, a distributor of rehabilitation and assistive device products. Prior to 2001, he served in executive human resource roles within both privately- and publicly-held organizations, including Baxter International and The Bradford Group. He holds a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin and an M.B.A. and a Master of Labor and Industrial Relations from Michigan State University.
